Doctor of Audiology
Suzette received her doctorate degree from PCO School of Audiology, in 2006. She received her master’s degree in Audiology from Syracuse University in 1997. She has worked as a clinical Audiologist since 1999 and is a New York State licensed audiologist and hearing aid dispenser. Dr. Pace provides hearing evaluations for all ages and will assist you with your hearing needs.
Ashley Cincotta Hardy, B.S.

Ashley grew up in Cortland and has over 13 years experience as a hearing aid dispenser. She received her bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University in 2010 in Communications. Ashley grew up in a family with hearing loss and is passionate about helping people hear better as she know the impact communication can have on quality of life. She is dedicated to finding the right hearing solution that will meet your individual hearing needs, lifestyle and budget.
Leigh joined Cortland Hearing Aids in 2015 and can assist you with the first steps towards better hearing. She will find an appointment that is convenient for you and provide you with the knowledge you need regarding insurance, payment options which include financing, and any other questions you may have about our practice and your hearing needs.
Patricia joined Cortland Hearing Aids in January 2010. Patricia will assist you with the first step towards better hearing by setting up an appointment and making your decision to hear better a positive one.
Erika joined Cortland Hearing Aids in 2018. She received her master’s degree from SUNY Cortland in 2016 in English. Erika will help walk you through the process towards better hearing, including setting up an appointment, understanding payment options and insurance, and answering any other questions you may have.
